No Automatic Refunds
Since all services are customized and advisory in nature, refunds are generally not provided once the service has been initiated or delivered.
Refund Eligibility (Exceptional Cases)
A partial or full refund may be considered only if:
- You were charged incorrectly due to a system error
- The service was not delivered at all by our team
- You mistakenly made a duplicate payment
All refund approvals remain at the sole discretion of Legacy Wealth Partners.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

- Consultation fees
- Strategy planning sessions
- Reports or documents already delivered
